(Hose-Equip Limited) Performance Products was established in 1985
as an authorised Aeroquip distributor and we quickly gained a
reputation in the Industrial, Marine and Automotive Performance
marketplace for a friendly approach to both quality and service.
This developed into us becoming an authorised MOD contractor and
an ISO9002 quality assured company. Quality is at the fore
front of what we are as a company today.
After
many years supplying both hose and fittings to the major UK names
in performance plumbing we decided to launch a new system of
motorcycle brake lines which didn't compete directly with reusable
brake line products. Since the introduction of the system we have
seen our competition bring out their own versions of the swaged
brake line system which strengthens our original decision to offer
a tamper evident, safer, permanently attached brake line fitting
to the marketplace.
As
with most things in life, people only remember first place and
there are no prizes for second. HEL Performance were the first
company to offer only fully swaged ends in the UK
and you can now see the rest of the industry following our lead by
offering swaged ends as well. We were also the first manufacturer
in the industry to offer a free pvc cover to protect the bodywork
and paintwork of your motorcycle. The first and still only
manufacturer in the world to offer coloured stainless steel
fittings as a safe replacement to the dangerous
coloured aluminium brake line fittings. We were the first to
offer an online shopping area which has now been replicated by
other companies in the industry.
We
feel that the industry has been taken forward by the instigation
of our radical and exciting concepts and designs. We know that by
changing the industry over to the swaged brake line format we have
made braking a safer and better industry for the consumer.

We
always look to the future. Our company has always been at the
forefront of technology, design and material choices in the
motorcycle brake line industry. We are still the only manufacturer
in the world offering coloured stainless steel fittings and we are
also always adding to our range with new and fresh ideas.
Our
Titanium brake line fittings offer the customer for the first time
the ability to obtain a strong yet light brake line fitting using
the highest quality and specialist materials available anywhere in
the world - and for the first time these kits are able to be
offered for thousands of motorcycles.
