conditioning hoses
Our
air conditioning hose and fittings were designed
specifically for use within the automotive marketplace and has an
extremely small external diameter. They comply with the following
specifications, GM : SD2-254, Ford : WSHM 96D25 and Chrysler :
PF6318. The fittings shown are the most commonly specified sizes
in the automotive marketplace but we can always supply any other
fitting you may require including filling points etc. The hose is
constructed from a seamless synthetic rubber (CR) inner tube
covered with a nylon layer and reinforced with one braid. The
exterior of the hose has a weather, oil and abrasion resistant
rubber cover (Butyl) which is perforated in line with gas hose
requirements. Designed for automotive air conditioning carrying
Freon 12-R134A-SUVA MP52 and R22. It offers a temperature range of
-35 degrees C to +120 degrees C.
