Hawk Kawasaki British Super Bike Team 2003, 2004 and 2005
Hawk Kawasaki have used HEL Brake Lines on their bikes for
the last two British Super Bike seasons and have now again
chosen HEL Performance as their brake line supplier for
the 2005 campaign. Originally they had a 750cc putting itself against 1000cc bikes would be mad but Glen,
with a great finish in the championship proved everyone wrong. It isn't
the just the engine that counts - it's the ability of the rider coupled
with the very best components which make the Hawk Kawasaki such a strong
contender.

And
for the 2004 season Hawk again chose HEL Performance Brake
Lines for their new ZX-10 they were campaigning that season. From the
first few events you could see that the bikes were performing superbly
even in standard road trim - modifications the team has
planned for the ZX10 will make it outstanding in 2005 especially
with 12 months data logging available.
Fast Bikes
magazine rode Glen
Richards 2003 ZX7RR in the January 2004 issue and Glen said
that...
"The main advantage that I feel I've got is
that
the Kawasaki
is so strong on the brakes, which means
I can carry
much more entry and mid corner speed
than the
other guys"
And the riders at Fast Bikes
Magazine (UK Publication) were just as impressed
-
"...The best was yet to come. On the brakes the
Kawasaki
is in it's element. At the new 'Edwina's Chicane
the
Kawasaki felt like it was on rails - even hard on the
brakes".
